Huawei launches Matebook D14 laptops with Raptor Lake chips from $740
Huawei has updated its Matebook D14 notebook range. The new generation features Intel Core processors from the Raptor Lake family.
Here's What We Know
The Huawei Matebook D14 is available in two modifications with Intel Core i5-1340P and Core i7-1360P processors. The SSD capacity is 512GB or 1TB respectively, while 16GB of RAM is provided regardless of the configuration.
The novelty gets a 14" IPS display, which takes up 90% of the inner side of the lid. The laptop has an all-metal body with overall dimensions of 314.5 x 227.79 x 15.9 mm. The model weighs 1.39 kg.
According to the manufacturer, the upgraded Wi-Fi adapter allows the Huawei Matebook D14 to receive a signal at a distance of up to 270 meters. We also note the presence of a 56Wh battery, HDMI, USB-A, USB-C, backlit keyboard, fingerprint scanner and 65W fast charging.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The manufacturer's recommended price for the Huawei Matebook D14 in the Core i5-1340P (512GB) variants was $740. The version with Core i7-1360P (1TB) has been priced at $890 by the company. Sales will start on April 26, 2023.
