In March 2023, Lenovo announced the Legion Y9000P Extreme Edition flagship gaming laptop. Almost six months later, the company introduced a more affordable model - Legion Y9000P.

Here's What We Know

The gaming laptop is equipped with an Intel Core i7-13650HX mobile processor and GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop graphics card with 8GB of GDDR8 memory and 115W power consumption. The chip has 14 cores (6P + 8E) and 20 threads. The maximum frequency is 4.9GHz.

The Legion Y9000P has an IPS display with a maximum frame refresh rate of 240Hz. The diagonal is 16" and the resolution is 2560 x 1440 pixels, which corresponds to the Quad HD format.

The gaming laptop has an 80W*h battery and FrostBlade Pro Cooling System 5.0, which includes two fans and composite heat pipes. RAM capacity was 16GB and SSD capacity was 1TB.

Lenovo Y9000P is already available for pre-order, but only in China for now. The cost of the laptop was $1320. For comparison, the Extreme Edition version with Core i9-13900HX and GeForce RTX 4090 was priced at $3200.
