WhatsApp users on Android and iOS can now send images in good quality

Meta has announced a new useful feature for Android and iOS users of WhatsApp.

We are talking about the ability to send images in good quality. According to the company, the maximum resolution of images can now reach 4096×2692 pixels. In comparison, before this, WhatsApp compressed all sent pictures to 1600×1052 pixels.

To send a photo in good quality you have to click on the HD button at the top of the display. According to WhatsApp, compressed snapshots and good quality photos will still be encrypted.
