ViewSonic has introduced an 8K ULTRA HD IPS monitor with stereo speakers and HDMI 2.1 for a price of $2400

ViewSonic has announced an 8K monitor. The model is called ViewSonic VG3281 and is available in China.

Here's What We Know

The monitor is equipped with an 8K ULTRA HD LCD IPS display with a resolution of 7680 x 4320 pixels. The refresh rate of the image is the standard 60 Hz.

The screen has a diagonal of 31.5", a contrast ratio of 1000:1 and a brightness of 300 nits. The LCD IPS panel supports 10-bit colour depth. Coverage of DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB colour ranges is 99% each.

ViewSonic VG3281 has two HDMI 2.1, one DisplayPort 1.4, headphone output, KVM switch and three USB 3.0 connectors. USB Type-C supports the USB Power Delivery protocol. Power is rated at 96 watts. There are also a pair of 3W speakers in the armoury.

The ViewSonic VG3281 has been priced at $2400 in China.
