MSI announced the world's first notebook with 120Hz display based on 4K Mini LED panel

MSI has announced the Titan 18 HX laptop. The company said that this is the world's first laptop with 4K display, 120Hz refresh rate and Mini LED panel.

From the name, it is clear that the MSI Titan 18 HX features an 18" diagonal screen. The panel has a resolution of 3840 x 2400 pixels, 16 to 10 aspect ratio, VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certification, 3ms response time, and 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage.

The MSI Titan 18 HX gets an Intel Core i9-14900HX processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 mobile discrete graphics card. RAM capacity is 128GB, but there is an option to install another 64GB. The maximum storage capacity is 4TB (two 2TB SSDs).

The price of the MSI Titan 18 HX is not specified, but the laptop is expected to cost more than $5000. We will find out more information about the gaming laptop in three weeks at CES 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
