The Ringo smart ring has been unveiled: it can take ECGs, measure temperature, track body fat and water

At the end of February, Samsung showed the Galaxy Ring smart ring at MWC 2024. But similar wearable devices are also being released by lesser-known companies. Thus, the Ringo smart ring and its more advanced version Ringo Pro debuted on the Kickstarter platform.

Here's What We Know

Both models combine the functions of fitness trackers and smart scales. They can track daily activity, sports activities, measure body temperature, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, stress levels, etc.

In addition, the manufacturer claims that Ringo Pro is the first smart ring that can determine the level of fat, water, bones and muscles in the body. In addition to this, the gadget is capable of doing an ECG.

The ring is made of steel, is not afraid of water, is only 2.11mm thick and works for up to 7 days on a single battery charge. Another interesting feature is a touchpad that allows you to use the ring to control your smartphone: flip through your social media feed, switch on the camera, etc.

The regular Ringo model costs $169 on Kickstarter, while the Pro version is $100 more expensive.
