Sony has opened pre-orders for a limited edition Death Stranding 2: On the Beach PS5 gamepad. This special gamepad will be released on the same day as the game itself - 26 June 2025.

At the Koji 10 radio show, he told us that the last trailer will be released only a week or two before the game's release, and it will contain a lot of new things - but without spoilers for the plot.
Does the new generation of consoles really bring revolutionary changes? Akyo Sakamoto, Chief Technology Officer at Kojima Productions, believes that the transition from PS4 to PS5 is "not that big", but it has certainly made achieving the design goals in Death Stranding 2 "more efficient".
