Backbone becomes the official controller partner for Warzone Mobile

Controller company Backbone has become an official partner of Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile. It became possible thanks to the co-operation between Backbone and Activision.

Warzone Mobile, the long-awaited mobile version of the popular Call of Duty: Warzone game, finally got an official release date. After a lengthy closed beta in some regions, the game will launch worldwide on the 21st of March. However, it's worth considering that the game may become available a little earlier in some regions.

Players will be able to enjoy the game using both touch controls and controller support. The touch controls in Warzone Mobile are pretty well thought out, and some even consider it better than Call of Duty: Mobile. However, some players prefer to play with a controller and a special edition Backbone One controller has been created for them.

The special Backbone One Prestige Edition controller will come with additional features for Warzone Mobile, including more dual experience options as well as weapon levels. In addition, Backbone+ subscribers will be able to earn even more rewards including an additional Double XP token, weapon charms, game map and emblem.

Backbone One Prestige Edition officially launches on 13 March. However, it can only be purchased at Best Buy.
