Anna Magill has been working at Playground Games on the new Fable since February 2021, but now has gone for promotion: she became the game's lead storyteller. Judging by his work experience, Megil will take care of himself in his new position like a fish in water.
Megil has the following regalia:
- Creation, writing and editing of narrative content for Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2. Ibid Megil compiled a 90-page "bible" with the history of the universe, and also monitored the dubbing process.
- Made the narrative and gameplay structure of Murdered: Souls Suspect, wrote the narrative content and created the lore.
- Wrote cutscenes, dialogs, lore, character biographies and researched knowledge bases for Assassin's Creed: Syndicate.
- Created the texts for Dishonored: Death of the Outsider and collaborated with the level designer to create a compelling connection between characters, missions and story.
- She was a leading specialist in storytelling at Control.
- She was the lead screenwriter for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.
The new Fable does not yet have a release date, as well as gameplay presentations. The game was announced in 2020, but development in one form or another has been underway since at least 2017. The game is based on the engine of the Forza series.
