A board game based on the Elden Ring universe raised over two million dollars on Kickstarter in two days!

In September, Steamforged Games, announced the release of a board game based on one of the most hit games of 2022 Elden Ring.

There was no doubt that such a project would attract a large number of board game fans.

And so it happened: on November 22nd the fundraising for the development of Elden Ring: The Board Game started on the Kickstarter platform. Steamforged Games set a rather modest goal - 180 thousand dollars, but in two days it has been raised more than 2 million dollars, and the figure is constantly growing!

Of course, the developers have provided a number of special extras for the project for such an occasion, but the amount continues to grow and it's hard to say what bonuses users will receive.

Here's What We Know

Elden Ring: The Board Game brings all the main elements of the video game from FromSoftware Studios to the tabletop format, including battles with bosses, skirmishes with common opponents and exploration of The Lands Between.

You can play alone or with up to four people. The basic version of Elden Ring: The Board Game is designed for 120 hours of play.

When We Can Expect It

Elden Ring: The Board Game is scheduled to be released in May 2024.
