Eliminate screen flicker in Need for Speed Unbound without updating your GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card BIOS

The Need for Speed Unbound game was released last week, and on the second day it helped reveal a bug in the GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card.

We wrote about it on December 3. At the time, Electronic Arts and NVIDIA confirmed the problem, and the "green" company released the GPU UEFI Firmware Update Tool to automatically update vBIOS. However, it turned out later on that the problem can be solved without updating the video card BIOS.

The problem can be solved by updating the motherboard BIOS. This was reported by Electronic Arts tech support. The latest version of the BIOS can be obtained from the official website of the motherboard manufacturer.
