Google has allowed Pixel 7a users to self-repair their smartphones

Google announced a self-repair programme for Pixel smartphones in 2022 with iFixit, and now it has added a new device to it.

Here's What We Know

We are talking about the Pixel 7a. Now the owners of these devices will also be able to fix smartphones on their own. The programme includes step-by-step instructions, as well as different parts. For example, the screen, back cover, battery, camera sensors, etc.

The prices of the parts range from $36 to $109. The most expensive component is the display. By the way, iFixit offers a lifetime warranty on some parts.

A self-repair programme will save you money and reduce e-waste.
