Motorola has expanded its Edge 40 line of smartphones. The company has announced the third model in the series. It is called Motorola Edge 40 Neo and joins the previously introduced Edge 40 and Edge 40 Pro.

Here's What We Know

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo is equipped with a Full HD+ P-OLED display. The panel has curved edges, which is rare in the mid-price segment. The diagonal is 6.55", the frame rate is 144 Hz, and the peak brightness is 1300 nits.

At the heart of the smartphone is a Dimensity 7030 chip. The processor is paired with 8/12GB of RAM. The storage capacity is 128/256 GB respectively. The power subsystem is represented by a 5000 mA*h battery with 68W fast charging.

The resolution of the main camera is 50 MP + 12 MP (120 °). The main module has optical image stabilisation and can shoot video in 4K UHD. The resolution of the camera for selfies is 32 MP.

In the arsenal of Motorola Edge 40 Neo has stereo speakers, NFC, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4 LE and a fingerprint scanner built into the display. The smartphone runs on Android 13 operating system and is IP68 water resistant.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The smartphone is already on sale in Europe with prices starting from €399 and will be available in India in a week's time.
