OPPO has unexpectedly announced the OPPO A59 5G budget smartphone in India.

Here's What We Know

The gadget has a flat-edged body with a thickness of 8.12mm. The device weighs 187 grams and comes in two colours, Silk Gold and Starry Black. Thanks to IP54 protection, the smartphone is not afraid of water drops and dirt.

The novelty comes with a 6.56-inch LCD screen. The panel has HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 720 nits. The gadget is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 processor and is powered by a 5000 mAh battery with 33W charging. The smartphone sports an 8 MP front camera and a dual 13 MP + 2 MP main camera. The OPPO A59 5G comes with a 3.5mm jack, USB Type-C port, microSD slot and side scanner.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Sales of OPPO A59 5G will start on the 25th of December. The novelty in the modification of 4/128 GB will cost $180.
