Larian Studios has released an update for Baldur's Gate 3 that fixes some critical bugs and other issues. One of the key changes in the update is a change in the behaviour of the character Gale, who will now remain on your team even if you decide not to give him magic items, as long as you clearly indicate that this will be done later. The important point is that players must make it clear to Gale that he will not receive any magic items, and only then will he leave the party.

Here's What We Know

Other improvements include improved compression of saved game files, aimed at solving problems associated with the large volume of such files. The update also fixes minor bugs, for example, the Saving Throw Safeguard Shield modifier is now displayed correctly on the character sheet. You can read more about the update here.

Where To Play

Baldur's Gate 3 is available for PC, Xbox Series, and PlayStation 5. It's worth noting that Microsoft consoles are experiencing a problem with deleting save files, so if you own an Xbox Series and haven't purchased the game, we recommend that you wait until the bug is fixed.
