Unexpected: Samsung has released Android 14 for the budget Galaxy Tab A7 Lite

Samsung has already updated many of its devices to Android 14, and now it has unexpectedly released the firmware for a budget tablet.

Here's What We Know

We are talking about the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite model. The system received the build number T225NKOU6DWL9 and weighs 1.5 GB. The OTA update has already started rolling out to devices in South Korea. A little later the firmware will appear in other countries.

With the new software version, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has received the proprietary One UI 6 shell. It boasts new features, updated user interface and improved security.

Incidentally, Android 14 is the third major update for the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. The tablet debuted in 2021 with Android 11 on board.
