Doroni started taking pre-orders for the two-seat H1 flying vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with an electric motor, can take off and land vertically.

Here's What We Know

H1 has front and rear wings, between which there is a cabin for two people. The wings have large cutouts for propellers, which provide lift. According to the manufacturer, the maximum speed of the electric plane will be 225 km/h and the cruising speed will be 160 km/h.

The aircraft will have a range of about 100 km. The payload of the H1 will be 200 kg and the weight of the vehicle itself - 650 km. In case of system failure, there is a parachute, and in case of a hard landing, airbags will activate.

Doroni in the foreseeable future plans to create a full-scale prototype of the aircraft. Dimensions of the vehicle will be 7 x 4,6 x 1,7 mm. The company intends to certify the vehicle as a light sport aircraft. To obtain a license, a pilot will have to undergo 20 hours of training.

The H1 will cost from $150,000. Deliveries of the aircraft will begin in 2024. This year, the company plans to release a full-scale prototype of the machine, and during 2023, it will set up production.
