MPUH - unmanned reconnaissance helicopter with a maximum speed of 140 km/h and a range of more than 50 km

The MPUH (Multi-Purpose Unmanned Helicopter) unmanned aerial vehicle was unveiled at MADEX 2023 in Busan. The helicopter is manufactured by the South Korean company LIG Nex 1.

According to the manufacturer, the Multi-Purpose Unmanned Helicopter has a vertical take-off and landing. It is 3.5 metres long and can fly over 50km. It has a maximum take-off weight of 200kg and a payload weight of 60km.

The MPUH is a reconnaissance-level drone. It can carry electro-optical / infrared cameras and is equipped with a front-facing camera (not for selfies). The helicopter has a speed of 140 km/h and is capable of reconnaissance from an altitude of up to 2.5 km. The maximum flight time is 6 hours.

The MPUH is powered by a 60 hp engine. The propulsion system is developed by Austro company from Australia. The exact engine model is not specified.
