A video of the testing of new Ukrainian kamikaze drones has appeared on the Internet.

Here's What We Know

The video was published by Ukrainian journalist and political activist Yuriy Butusov. The video shows how the Security Service of Ukraine is testing cardboard kamikaze drones. Unlike classic strike UAVs, the Ukrainian development does not hit the target with a punch, but flies up to it as close as possible and explodes in the air hitting the target with many small fragments.

By the way, it was with the help of such cardboard kamikaze drones that Ukraine attacked the territory of an airfield in the Kursk region on 27 August. Then the drones hit four Su-30 fighters, one MiG-29, two Pantsir-S1 air defence systems and radars of the S-300 system. The operation was dubbed "Lip Cardboard".
