Xiaomi has announced the announcement date for its flagship Xiaomi 13 smartphones. Along with them will debut the next-generation Lite version, the price of which is already known.

Here's What We Know

Unfortunately, the Xiaomi 13 Lite is not a new smartphone, but a global version of the CIVI 2 model that appeared last year. It features a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, and one of the features is a 32 MP + 32 MP front-facing camera. The model also has a 4,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging.

The Xiaomi 13 Lite will cost €549 for the 256GB storage variant. A cheaper version is likely to go on sale, which will get less inbuilt memory. By comparison, the CIVI 2 went on sale in China in 8/128GB, 8/256GB and 12/256GB configurations for €330, €345 and €385 respectively.

The Xiaomi 13 Lite will be unveiled on 26 February at MWC 2023. Sales will start in the spring.
