The Russian army continues to fight with the remnants of its own equipment on Snake Island

At the beginning of July, the Ukrainian Armed Forces knocked the Russian army off Snake Island. The Russians decided to blow up the equipment while retreating, but some of it survived.

Consequently, the Russian military leadership decided to destroy the remnants of the equipment with strike aircraft. Specifically, on July 14, two Su-24 bombers struck the island, after which one aircraft returned to see the results of the attack.

This was reported by Operational Command South. Whether the enemy succeeded in reaching the target is not specified. But the command stressed that on the Ukrainian side there were no casualties.
