LooksRare NFT marketplace distributed $ 210,000,000 tokens to users for free

The developers of the LooksRare project distributed 120 million tokens to the users of the OpenSea platform for a total amount of about $ 210 million.

The cost of one LOOKS token is approximately $ 1.75. At the same time, at the moment after the airdrop, the price of the asset more than doubled, exceeding the $ 4.5 mark per share.

Not everyone will receive LOOKS tokens. The distribution is aimed at users of the OpenSea NFT marketplace, whose trading volume from June 16 to December 16, 2021 was at least 9 Ethereum, i.e. about $ 9,250 at the current cryptocurrency rate ($ 3,082).
