OnePlus 10 Pro will receive three operating system updates, including Android 15

OnePlus has officially announced on the forum that the flagship smartphones will receive three operating system updates.

What is known

The innovation applies to all models, starting with the OnePlus 8 family. This means that the flagship smartphone of the new generation One Plus 10 Pro in the future will receive the Android 15 operating system, but recently debuted outside of China OnePlus 9RT will get Android 14.

The same goes for the OnePlus 8T, OnePlus 9/9R and OnePlus 9 Pro models. Android 14 will also be available to them, while OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro will end their life cycle with Android 13. At the same time, all 2020-2022 flagships will receive security updates for four years.

OnePlus Nord / Nord CE smartphones will receive two major updates to the Android operating system, while Nord N models will receive only one update. Security patches will be released within three years.
