Old Redmi Note smartphones will also receive MIUI 13 global firmware

The Indian representative office of Xiaomi has begun teasing the local launch of MIUI 13, and xiaomiui has published a list of smartphones that will receive the firmware first.

The list of smartphones that will receive MIUI 13 among the first includes several older Redmi Note models. This means that the global version of the firmware will also be available to them.

We are talking about Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 9 Pro, Redmi Note 9 Pro Max and Redmi Note 8 Pro. Most likely, they will receive MIUI 13 based on the Android 11 operating system. The release of the update for them means that the global (and European) version of the firmware will also be available for the international models of Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 9S (Indian Redmi Note 9 Pro), Redmi Note 9 Pro (Indian Redmi Note 9 Pro Max) and Redmi Note 8 Pro.
