The most powerful mid-range smartphones of the beginning of 2022 are named – in the top 10 there are only two Xiaomi models and four Honor at once

The authors of the AnTuTu benchmark have published lists of the most powerful Android smartphones tested from January 1 to January 31, 2022. About ten flagships we wrote the day before, and now consider the top 10 mid-range models.

What is known

In the top ten, there was a place for four Honor smartphones of the last two generations of the numbered series at once. The Honor 60 Pro powered by Snapdragon 778G+ is in second place with a score of 544,893, while the Honor 60, Honor 50 Pro, and Honor 50 are at the top of the second five. The results are 523,279, 521,782 and 519,154 points, respectively. All three models are equipped with the Snapdragon 778G.

The leader is iQOO Z5 on the same Snapdragon 778G chipset. He managed to score 570,948 points in the January tests. The top three is closed by OPPO Reno 7 5G with an identical SoC (541,077), and Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G (536,698) and Xiaomi CIVI (523,356) on Snapdragon 780G and Snapdragon 778G, respectively, are in the top 5.

The worst of the best were OPPO Reno 6 5G on Dimensity 900 and Huawei nova 9 on Snapdragon 778G. The first model scored 507,705 points, while the second model scored 448,493 points. Huawei's smartphone was the only one in the top 10 that failed to score more than 500,000 points in the performance test.
