FromSoftware showcased 2 new classes for Elden Ring: Confessor and Samurai
The official Elden Ring Twitter account has revealed 2 new classes coming to the game: Confessor and Samurai. According to the tweet, the Confessor is a kind of holy battle mage, using both traditional weapons and magic to destroy his enemies. The Samurai class will have a higher level of katana and bow proficiency.

The Elden Ring class list is now quite large: Confessor and Samurai have joined Warrior, Prophet, Hero, Prisoner, Rogue, Bandit, Astrologer and Blood Wolf. Of all the FromSoftware games, Elden Ring has the largest number of classes. This will give players many different options to choose from when creating a character.
