OnePlus Ace: MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max processor and 150W charger for $388
After months of rumors and leaks, OnePlus has unveiled its first smartphone of the new line, the OnePlus Ace.
What device
The device looks very similar to OPPO smartphones. It was equipped with a flat 6.7-inch FHD + AMOLED display. The panel received a hole in the center for a 16 MP front camera and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. On the back of OnePlus Ace, a rectangular protrusion with a triple main camera was placed. The main sensor received a resolution of 50 MP. It is complemented by an 8MP wide-angle sensor and a 2MP macro camera.
Under the hood of the novelty installed an eight-core processor MediaTek dimension 8100 Max. Also, the device received 8/12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of ROM. The main feature of the novelty is a 4500 mAh battery that supports 150 W ultra-fast charging. Out of the box, the smartphone has the Android 12 operating system and the ColorOS 12.1 shell.
Price and when to expect
OnePlus Ace will start selling in China on April 26 with the following prices:
- OnePlus Ace 8/128 GB - $388
- OnePlus Ace 8/256 GB - $420
- OnePlus Ace 12/256 GB - $465
- OnePlus Ace 12/512 GB - $543
The smartphone will appear on the global market later. By the way, it can be called outside China OnePlus 10R.
