Xiaomi has released the Android 12 update for the budget smartphone Redmi.

What is known

We are talking about the model Redmi 9T. The firmware is still available in beta and only for smartphone users in China. In other regions, the system will appear a little later.

With the update, the smartphone received all the major improvements of this version of the Android OS, but as for the proprietary shell, it is still MIUI 12.5. When Redmi 9T will be updated to MIUI 13 - unknown.
