Night falls, HIMARS awakens: a series of explosions in occupied Luhansk

On the night of July 12-13, a series of explosions occurred in Russian-occupied Luhansk.
What we know
According to local residents, the explosions were actively heard for about two hours. Eyewitnesses wrote that sounds similar to the detonation of ammunition were heard in the industrial zone of the city.
According to local propaganda channels in the so-called "LNR," the Ukrainian military fired nine missiles from an American HIMARS MLRS at a military air defense unit in Luhansk.
The AFU has not yet commented on the explosions in any way.
