The RM-70 Vampire MLRS is built on a Tatra T-815-7 truck chassis with a 270 kW Tatra T3C V8 engine and a Tatra 10 TS 210 N transmission. The RSL has an armored cabin and is capable of accelerating up to 90 km/h.
