The Bayraktar Vanagas UAV, for which the Lithuanians raised €5,000,000, will be sent to Ukraine today

According to Lithuanian Defense Minister Arvydas Anušauskas, the Bayraktar Vanagas UAV that the Lithuanians bought is ready for shipment to Ukraine. The aircraft is already in the hangar and will leave for Ukraine in a few hours.

Recall, Lithuanians collected €5,000,000 for drone within a few days, but Baykar company refused to accept money and decided to give the drone for free. We are talking about the Bayraktar TB2 model. It is a Turkish tactical strike UAV with a combustion engine and a pusher type propeller. The drone has up to 4 guided munitions. It is capable of remaining in the air for 12 to 24 hours. The maximum control range is up to 150 km.
