Assuming yesterday's report about an earlier-than-anticipated reveal is accurate, the iPhone 14 launch event will be less than a month away. It's clear that the 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Pro Max will no longer include a notch or a primary 12MP camera. An iPhone 14 Pro Max dummy unit has been spotted filming videos and photographs of the finished product.

The images and video clip posted by Twitter user @lipilipsi, which were screenshotted by leaker Majin Bu, show the iPhone 14 Pro Max's design next to the iPhone 13 Pro Max's. Although the phones have identical external appearances, two significant modifications have been made: the Face ID technology is represented by pill-shaped and hole cutouts on the iPhone 14 Pro Max instead of a notch, and it also has a thicker camera bump.

This seems to confirm earlier reports. The 12MP main sensor is expected to be replaced with a 48MP camera, and the new module may be as big as 57 percent bigger than the one it's replacing. This will result in a larger camera island as a consequence of this. According on previously leaked schematics, the bulge surrounding the lens will grow in thickness from 3.60mm to 4.17mm, while the size of the bump may also expand by nearly 5 percent in each direction, resulting in an increase in width from 35.01mm to 36.73mm and height from 36.24mm to 38.21mm.

Apple is expected to release the iPhone 14 Pro Max with an improved sensor. The new sensor will theoretically provide brighter, more detailed photographs and also allow for 8K video recording. These enhancements might help the iPhone 14 Pro Max become the greatest camera phone of 2022. The device itself might be somewhat thicker and larger than its predecessor. According to one report, the iPhone 14 Pro Max will have a width of 78.78mm, whereas the iPhone 13 Pro Max measures 78.1mm wide. The phone is said to have a thickness of 7.85 mm (without the camera bump), which would make it thicker.

The new 5nm A16 Bionic chip will power the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max, according to a reliable source. The A15 Bionic processor will be used in the 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max. The standard versions are also expected to keep the same 12MP main camera as before, as well as the notch. Regular versions will be offered in Green, Purple, Blue, Black, White, and Red hues, while the Pros will come in Green, Purple, Silver, Gold, and Graphite. It was previously expected that the iPhone 14 family would be introduced on September 13th. But according to the latest information they will be announced on September 6 and go on sale on September 16.
