OPPO unveiled ColorOS 13 shell based on Android 13

OPPO held a global event on August 18 to showcase its new ColorOS 13 branded shell.

What we know

The new user interface is based on the Android 13 operating system. It contains many visual changes, several new AoD features, as well as improved collaboration between devices.

The company has also integrated Material You into the shell. That is, the accents of the system will be able to adjust to the image on the desktop. In addition, the developers have worked on animations, updated the Always-On Display feature, adding a player display (only works with Spotify), and improved security and privacy.

When to expect

OPPO has already started testing ColorOS 13. The flagships OPPO Find X5 Pro and OPPO Find X5 will be the first to get the new shell.
