Following iOS 16, Apple has also released a stable version of watchOS 9 for the branded smartwatch.

Here's What's New About It

The update includes six new watch faces, as well as a slightly modified interface and a new workout app. For example, users can now track stride length, ground contact time and vertical swings when running. The developers also improved the sleep-tracking algorithm, added atrial fibrillation (AFib) history, and added a medication section. In it, you can keep track of your medications, vitamins, and supplements.

When We Can Expect It

The update weighs more than 1GB and Apple Watch Series 4, Apple Watch Series 5, Apple Watch SE, Apple Watch Series 6 and Apple Watch Series 7 owners have already started receiving it.
