It has become a good tradition to organize fundraisers in different countries for the purchase of Bayraktar drones for Ukraine. And now Ukrainian soccer player Roman Zozulya, a former striker of the Spanish club Fuenlabrada and former player of the Ukrainian National Team, has taken the baton.

Details

Roman Zozulya together with the embassy of Ukraine in Spain, the Ukrainian diaspora in Spain, other players and a team of his charity organization "People's Army" wants to raise money to buy one "soccer player" for the AFU. The goal is $5 million in 1 month.

Footballers Alexander Zinchenko, Vasily Kravets, Roman Yaremchuk, Andrei Yarmolenko and Yevgeny Konoplyanka have already joined this initiative.

"Together with the Ukrainian diaspora in Spain, the embassy of Ukraine in Spain and my friends the players we are opening a collection on Bayraktar. The story is not new and not original, but how effective in the fight against otherworldly fables. I know that you and I share a common desire, so let's bring our victory and peace closer together! We will surely overcome evil! Bayraktar help us!" - Zozulia wrote on his Facebook page.
