Tank killer: Brazil buys 98 Centauro II MGS 120/105 armored vehicles from Italy
Societa Consortile Iveco - Oto Melara (CIO) has won the tender to supply the Brazilian Army with Centauro II MGS 120/105 armored vehicles.

The Centauro II MGS 120/105 is the new version of the Centauro tank killers. Armored vehicle boasts 40 mm bullet protection, 120/45 mm OTO Melara or 105/52 mm cannon, 8x8 wheel configuration and 720 hp IVECO FPT VECTOR V8 engine. The vehicle weighs 30 tons and has a maximum speed of 105 km/h. On a single tank Centauro II MGS 120/105 can travel up to 800 km.
