Alef will produce a full-fledged Model A flying car in 2025 for $300,000

California-based Alef Aeronautics promises to release a flying car in three years. It will be called the Model A.

The startup claims that testing of the vehicle began three years ago. The final version of the vehicle will be equipped with an electric propulsion system and will be able to fly over 320 km on a single charge.

Alef Aeronautics promises that it will be possible to buy the Model A in 2025. Although it is unknown whether the Federal Civil Aviation Authority (FCC) knows about these plans. The company will try to convince the regulator that the machine is safe by obtaining permits for use in Europe and Asia.

The Model A will cost $300,000. The company is already offering to pre-order it. You have to pay $150 for a "regular" spot in line and $1500 for a "priority" spot.
