About two weeks ago, Xiaomi unveiled the MIUI 14 firmware. The company announced that smartphones will start receiving the update in January 2023. But immediately three models are already available with the update.

Here's What We Know

The update came "by air" for the Xiaomi 12S, Xiaomi 12S Pro and Xiaomi 12S Ultra. All three models are equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile processor and were announced in mid-summer this year.

The Xiaomi 12S received firmware v14.0.2.0 TLACNXM. The v14.0.5.0 TLKCNXM build became available for the Xiaomi 12S Pro and the v14.0.3.0 TLTCNXM for the Xiaomi 12 Ultra. The size of the update ranges from 5.5 GB to 5.7 GB.

The stable version of the software is so far only available in China. The version for the global market has not even been announced yet. The MIUI 14 shell is based on the Android 13 operating system.
