Samsung is about to add a new useful feature to its Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro smartwatches.

Here's What We Know

We're talking about the ability to track menstrual cycles. The innovation will work thanks to Samsung's temperature sensor, as well as the company's Natural Cycles technology. All information will be displayed in the Samsung Health app. Incidentally, the Cycle Tracking has already been approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) of the Republic of Korea and it has been registered by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

When We Can Expect It

The innovation will be available to smartwatch owners in the second quarter of 2023. The feature will be available in 32 countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and USA.
