Norway will transfer 8 Leopard 2 tanks and 4 special purpose tanks to Ukraine

Norway, following other European countries, is to transfer Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine.

Here's What We Know

This was announced by the country's Ministry of Defence. We are talking about 8 Leopard 2 tanks. Sweden will also send to Ukraine 4 special purpose tanks. In addition, the Swedish government will allocate funds for the purchase of spare parts and ammunition for the machines. There is no information when the supply of tanks will start.

In addition to Norway, Ukraine will also receive Leopard 2 tanks from Poland, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Canada. In total there will be about 100 pieces.
