Ukrainian Armed Forces receive additional Gepard anti-aircraft tanks from Germany, with 34 in service in Ukraine

Germany has updated its list of military aid to Ukraine.

Here's What We Know

According to the Bundeswehr website, Germany has transferred an additional batch of Gepard to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It is about 2 anti-aircraft tanks. Now Ukraine is equipped with 34 such combat vehicles. The Ukrainian Armed Forces use the Gepard to destroy Iranian kamikaze drones Shahed-136 and other aerial targets.

By the way, apart from anti-aircraft tanks the Bundeswehr has also sent Ukraine two border guard vehicles and six mobile antennas.
