Samsung has activated a body temperature sensor in the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro to track cycles

Samsung, nine months after the release of Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro and Watch5 review: plus battery life, minus physical bezel, has activated a body temperature sensor in the watch.

Here's What We Know

The Korean manufacturer certified the feature in February and now it can already be used by watch owners in South Korea, the US, the UK, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

The temperature sensor will allow Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro owners to track their menstrual cycles more accurately. Incidentally, the new feature has been developed in cooperation with Natural Cycles.
