PUBG is still popular - developers report a record increase in players

Despite the fact that PUBG was released six years ago, the "father" of the battle royale genre is still popular - Krafton has published a new report with "an all-time record for game sales", which on PC grew by as much as 68% in a year.

According to the report, the game generated $202.2 million in net revenue last year, and the overall average number of players hovers around 500,000, which is still a great figure considering the hackneyed nature of the genre and the presence of powerful competitors like Apex Legends and Fortnite.

PUBG: Battlegrounds is available on Xbox One, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), and two versions are available for iOS and Android - Pubg Mobile and Pubg New State.
