Honor 90 with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 and 200MP camera debuted in Europe for prices starting from €550

Honor announced the Honor 90 smartphone in China at the end of May 2023. Nearly a month and a half later, the model debuted on the European market.

Here's What We Know

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.7" AMOLED display. The screen has a resolution of 1200 x 2664 pixels, a peak brightness of 1600 nits and a frame refresh rate of 120 Hz. The small circular cutout features a 50 MP front camera.

The Honor 90 gets a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 mobile processor with up to 2.5GHz and Adreno 644 graphics. While the Chinese version is equipped with 12/16 RAM and 256/512GB of internal memory, in Europe the smartphone will only be sold in 8/256GB and 12/512GB modifications.

The main feature of the novelty is the main camera. It has a resolution of 200 MP + 12 MP + 2 MP. There is no telephoto lens or optical stabilization. You can shoot video in 4K at 30 FPS or in FHD at 60 FPS.

The battery capacity was 5000mAh and the fast charging power was 66W. The fingerprint scanner is mounted below the display. The smartphone also got Magic UI 7.1 firmware on Android 13, NFC, USB-C, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The company has already announced the Honor 90's pricing for the UK and the Eurozone. The smartphone is priced at €550 / £450 and €600 / £500 depending on the modification. The model will go on sale in mid-July in Midnight Black, Emerald Green and Diamond Silver.
