Huawei will show the new fast charging technology on MWC 2018

As early as November 2015, the Huawei Watt Lab laboratory showed a prototype of a new fast charging technology. Thanks to which the smartphone battery can be charged from 0% to 50% in just 5 minutes.

The company demonstrated this in a video, which shows how a 3000 mAh battery was removed from the smartphone and installed in a large charger. After 5 minutes the battery was charged by 48%. And yesterday, on the official YouTube channel Huawei, a video appeared on YouTube, which talks about a new fast charging technology, which is 10 times faster than the current one. According to the company, this does not affect the battery life in any way. But there is a small nuance in this. No battery in our smartphones is suitable for this technology.

According to the video, we can assume that already at the MWC 2018 exhibition Huawei will show a new charging technology. And maybe it will be installed in the new flagship - Huawei P20 .
