Honor 8 Pro and Honor 9 received a stable version of Android 8.0 Oreo

Huawei has released an update to Android 8.0 Oreo for smartphones Honor 8 Pro and Honor 9.

What changed

The OTA update is already available for Honor 8 Pro, and Honor 9 will be updated a little later. It contains all the functions of Android 8.0 Oreo, for example "picture in picture", autocomplete, notification points, new emoticons and much more.

We also updated the shell to EMUI 8.0. Now there is a function "Intelligent Engine" based on artificial intelligence. Thanks to it, the smartphone will adjust the device memory and open frequently used applications faster. The update weighs 2.8 GB.
