Body temperature sensor, updated heart rate monitor and new straps: Google Pixel Watch 2 advert has appeared online

The publication 91mobiles has teamed up with insider and dataminer @Za_Raczke to share a promotional video and some details of the Google Pixel Watch 2 smartwatch.

Here's What We've Seen

As we wrote earlier, the design of the watch will not change. The novelty will only get new straps. At the same time, the watch will boast updated specs, a new heart rate monitor, a body temperature sensor, and improved features for tracking workouts. The watch will be able to monitor sleep and stress levels.

As for the battery life, it won't change. Pixel Watch 2 will be able to work from a single charge up to 24 hours. The novelty should come with Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor and Wear OS 4.

When We Can Expect It

The Pixel Watch 2 will be released on the 4th of October. The gadget will be presented together with the flagships Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. By the way, the first buyers of smartphones will get the watch as a gift.
