The first details about the Huawei P20 Lite: "monobrov", Android 8.0 Oreo and fast charging

Huawei is preparing to submit three smartphone flagships at once, and the younger model P20 Lite, codenamed Anne and model number ANE-LX1, has already been noted in the US Federal Communications Agency (FCC). In the published documents, a confirmation of the cutout at the top of the screen was found.

About "monobrovi" in the next flagship of Huawei, we wrote back in December, and now it turned out that the Lite version will also receive this chip. By analogy with the iPhone X, a camera with a face recognition function will be installed in place of the cutout. Recently the company demonstrated its analog animoji, but it is still unknown if this technology will appear in new products.

The diagonal of the "frameless" display of Huawei P20 Lite is no more than 5.9 inches. For battery life is responsible for a battery capacity of 2900 mAh with fast charging (up to 18 W). Judging by the wireless interfaces tests in the FCC, only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is supported. There is a hybrid slot for a microSD memory card and a second SIM. The smartphone will be shipped with Android 8.0 Oreo, covered by the proprietary EMUI shell. At least in the older models of the P-series, we expect to see a triple main camera .

When the announcement?

Recently, Huawei sent out invitations to the presentation on March 27 in Paris. Most likely, the event will present a new flagship family.
