The information was shared by Google's director of product management in an interview with Android Authority. That is, the company will not only update smartphones for 7 years, but also sell parts for them.

Unfortunately, Google did not reveal any details. We can only assume that in Europe and India, spare parts will be available on the official website of the manufacturer, and in the United States - at the service partner iFixit.
