SecurityLab: smartphones Google and Essential Phone before all get the latest security patches

The biggest problem with Android devices is the long updates. Nevertheless, Google using Project Treble found a solution. Among Android smartphones, the most current patches are received by Google devices and the smartphone from Essential. This happens within a few days after the announcement. And other OEMs, unfortunately, update the device, after a few weeks, or even months. It is clear that Google has a few smartphones, and Essential generally has one. But nevertheless, this does not justify the big producers. Perhaps, the recently announced Android Enterprise Recommended program will be able to improve the situation.
